DEPT: IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Note: Candidates must be willing to commute and work "in-person" at the Dayton, Ohio area offices
Essential Duties & Functions
Receives assignments and works under supervision of his/her immediate manager or senior-level team member
- Demonstrates progressive growth in capabilities, productivity, and delivery as capability and capacity develops.
- Provides technical support to System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk, and Field Support staff.
- User provisioning.
- Certificate tracking.
- Finger printing.
- Workstation and printer file creation for import.
- Directory, distribution list maintenance.
- Meeting equipment room set up.
- Configuring devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices.
- Building/configuring PC/Laptops.
- Building configuring Servers.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Currently pursuing an interest in Technology related fields. Preference of pursuing certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
