We are looking for a positive and self-motivated dental front desk receptionist / coordinator to join our growing, high energy team. The practice has 3,800 active patients and growing! The practice features the latest equipment (Sirona CT Scan, Shcik Digital Sensors, A-Dec sterilization center and chairs, etc), and is entirely renovated.

Among the job's responsibilities:

- Verify Insurance data
- Handle Patient check in and check out
- Take and make calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Arrange financial options with patients
- Collect payments and co-pay calculation
- Submit dental claims (preparing documents, narrratives, submitting, etc)
