Compass Dental Services is a small group practice. We are locally owned & operated & seeking a hard-working front office administrator to join our General Dental team at our Waldo Dental Care location in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities:

Answering Phone
Managing & Using Digital Patient Management Software
Assisting with Patient flow
Review Contracts
Collecting Payments
Making confirmation calls
Scheduling Appointments

Current Openings: Dental front office experience is required for this position. Insurance Billing is preferred. Bi-lingual skills is a huge plus. Looking for people available for shifts Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fri (Closed on Tuesdays) between 7:30 am-6:00 pm and 2 Saturdays a month between 8am-1pm. (No split shifts). We will have schedules prepared 2-3 weeks in advance.
