Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual consultations to assess patients' holistic health needs
Develop personalized wellness plans incorporating various holistic modalities, such as nutrition, lifestyle changes, and alternative therapies
Provide guidance on natural remedies, stress management techniques, and self-care practices
Educate patients on holistic health principles and healthy lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with telehealth regulations
Utilize OpenTelemed's digital tools to manage patient interactions effectively
Stay informed about the latest trends and research in holistic health and wellness
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

Certification or licensure in a relevant holistic health practice (e.g., Naturopathy, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, etc.)
Experience in providing holistic health services, preferably in a telehealth setting
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients remotely
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital health tools
Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical holistic practices
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
