Lead fleet and driver management, including recruitment, training, and retention.

Team Leadership & Culture Development:

Build a high-performing team, foster collaboration, and drive employee engagement.
Mentor top talent and ensure alignment with company values.

Business Development & Customer Relations:

Cultivate relationships with key customers and partners.
Drive new business initiatives, including market expansion and strategic partnerships.
Act as the company’s primary spokesperson.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze performance metrics. Lead strategy reviews and adjust plans as needed to stay competitive.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage potential risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of proven success in senior management roles within transportation, logistics, or supply chain
