```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical records department
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient records
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for record management and retention
- Train and supervise staff in proper record-keeping practices

- Assist in the development and implementation of electronic medical record systems
