In partnership with Lindauer, Tech Goes Home seeks a CEO who will shape a forward-thinking strategy that addresses one of the most critical social issues of our time: digital equity.
As it approaches its 25th anniversary, Tech Goes Home aims to build and expand upon its recent success closing the digital divide for underserved families, students, and job seekers in Massachusetts and beyond.
To vault the organization to even greater heights, the next CEO of TGH will work closely with a talented team, engaged Board, a committed cadre of philanthropic investors, and a growing number of community partners to scale TGH’s programs, enhance fundraising efforts, and deepen its transformative work across diverse communities nationwide.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide inclusive, equitable, and decisive leadership and direction in order to achieve TGH's vision, mission, strategic goals, and key financial objectives.
- Drive the implementation of a comprehensive and innovative strategic plan that charts a course for growth and expanded impact.
- Ensure the organization's external presence and internal structures are aligned with its mission to ensure digital access for all.
Key qualifications:
- A demonstrated familiarity with the communities Tech Goes Home serves.
- Previous substantial chief executive experience.
- Past experience leading a high-growth enterprise (nonprofit or private sector).
- Proven track record of successfully building organizational culture that inspires and motivates teams to set and achieve ambitious goals and objectives.
- Significant fundraising experience with a track record of securing major gifts.
