Senior Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager with entrepreneurial ambition and a passion for impacting health and health equity. The Sr. Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to ensure customer success at scale. They are responsible for ensuring NourishedRx customers achieve their desired outcomes and have exceptional experience with the NourishedRx team and solution. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in addressing nutrition insecurity and diet-related disease in the context of healthcare, be able to identify and address customer pain points, and be able to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The Sr. Customer Success Manager will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to incorporate the voice of the customer in organizational strategy and decision-making.
Strategic Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value or complex customers with strategic importance to the company.
- Drive long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring contract renewals and expansions are aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage the NourishedRx customer lifecycle including implementation, program and account management, training, invoicing, and renewal/expansion.
- Lead recurring status meetings and quarterly and annual business reviews with key customer stakeholders, including development of reports/presentations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Customer Voice:
- Represent customer needs and insights in cross-functional strategic planning to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with key customer stakeholders by becoming a trusted expert and advisor in managing the NourishedRx solution.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage source of truth documentation on customer relationships and requirements.
- Develop, drive, and measure customer success metrics and other SLAs and manage customer escalations.
Data Analysis:
- Lead data-driven insights to predict customer churn, assess program ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze data to identify areas of strength and opportunity as it relates to customer success.
- Proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Team & Collaboration:
- Mentoring junior Customer Success Managers and providing guidance on customer success best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, with a strong record of managing high-value customer relationships in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience working in healthcare (working with health plans, consulting, and/or health care startup environments preferred)
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in food systems, addressing nutrition insecurity, and diet-related disease
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive level stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
- Advanced analytical and strategic skills to design and execute high-impact customer success initiatives
- Proven record of success in improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
