Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide strategy to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.
- Streamline internal operations in a hybrid work environment, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President to address the needs of various divisions, ensuring seamless integration of efforts.
- Spearhead organizational transformation initiatives, refining business processes and policies to achieve operational excellence.
- Chair the Enterprise Services Council, fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
- Oversee the setting and management of service level objectives, budgets, and workforce planning to meet corporate goals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve business operations.
- Manage enterprise-wide projects and conduct program management reviews for federally funded research and development contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Cultivate a workplace culture grounded in trust, engagement, and inclusivity across all levels.
- Build and mentor high-performing and diverse teams, addressing barriers to success.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote talent development, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise services, programs, and initiatives, with responsibility for resource and financial performance.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale organizational change and transformation efforts.
- Exceptional executive communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Eligibility for and ability to maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access; U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
- An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a C-suite position leading substantial teams is an advantage.
- Demonstrated executive-level leadership with profit and loss responsibility is preferred.
- Familiarity with the FFRDC environment is a plus.
