Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Federal Health Digital Solutions to lead the development and implementation of innovative digital health solutions within the federal healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in federal health systems and digital-health technologies, along with a proven track record of designing and delivering mobile and digital experiences that enhance patient care. This role requires the ability to collaborate with federal healthcare stakeholders, co-design effective solutions, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes through technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital solutions for federal health systems, with a focus on mobile and patient-centered applications.
- Collaborate with federal health stakeholders to co-design and implement innovative digital experiences that enhance patient care and streamline processes.
- Develop Health Solutions product roadmap and present roadmap vision and milestones to be realized over time.
- Manage client relationships to ensure the delivery of tailored, high-impact digital health solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of SaaS-based solutions in healthcare settings, ensuring they meet federal standards and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams using AWS cloud infrastructure and React Native or similar cross-platform toolkits to deliver scalable, efficient digital health solutions.
- Oversee the design and delivery of secure digital health solutions, leveraging federal and healthcare IT security best practices where appropriate.
- Provide guidance on integrating EMR systems such as Cerner, EPIC, or similar platforms to improve patient care and data management.
Qualifications
- 10-12+ years experience with designing, delivering, and/or managing digital-based solutions in healthcare industry that involved patient experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and/or civilian health systems and delivering related digital health solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with in an Agile development environment.
- Proficiency in building cloud-based SaaS solutions on AWS or similar cloud platform.
- Experience managing team in Agile/Sprint SDLC.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Cerner, EPIC, or similar.
- Secret clearance or experience supporting federal IT projects.
