Job Title: Director, Digital Health Partnerships, Global Operations
Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to challenge the status quo and drive innovation in healthcare? We are seeking a Director for Digital Health Partnerships in our Global Operations team. This role is integral to our Commercial Digital healthcare delivery team, which is dedicated to driving solutions that improve the quality of care for patients and healthcare systems. As the Director, you will be responsible for the core components of Value-based Partnerships for the Care Value Optimization team and champion the integration of digital health initiatives into our Digital Health Platforms.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will challenge the status quo and address clinical/scientific gaps by providing opportunities to advance patient care across Biopharma TAs. You will serve as a global business partner and commercialization expert for select initiatives and be an authority with a point of view for our internal collaborators. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new opportunities for driving impact through digital health, supporting global teams in identifying partners, and leading data-driven partnerships. You will also give to the personal development of colleagues in the Digital Healthcare ecosystem and use your networks to understand and influence key aspects such as the global regulatory and competitive environments.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of minimum experience
- Track record in partnering and BD preferably with digital programs in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience and ability in strategy development and digital product management in the life science and health industry via Design Thinking, Lean start-up, Agile Development
- Proven experience in leading and driving digital health innovation across therapeutic areas (CVRM, R&I, Biopharma) and global markets preferred
- Proven experience in partnering and unlocking access to novel data partnerships – experience in venture investment or start-ups would be an added benefit
- Understanding of the rapidly changing external environment including new innovative digital technology innovations
- Involvement in start-up environment (directly or in partnership)
- Strong leadership skills and influencing skills
- Experience In inspiring change in complex organisations, covering multiple cultures and significant number of functions
- Highly developed communication and influencing abilities across organizational teams and levels in a large complex operating environment
- Results driven approach to work and project development
- Ability to express complex ideas in clear and compelling way to multiple external and internal collaborator groups
- Entrepreneurial with the highest level of integrity and the ability to foster trust and dedication
- Motivated by delivering digital innovation in service of improved patient outcomes and treatment experience

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $153,472.00 to $230,208. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
