Desired skills:

• Prior insurance or outside sales experience
• Experience in sales management, new business development, and risk management
• Entrepreneurial, small business, or insurance brokerage experience
• Ability to cold call and give sales presentations
• Proficiency for sales and marketing
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other business management tools

Requirements:

• A minimum initial investment of $40,000, with financial assistance available to support a portion of the franchise fee
• A strong, proven track record of professional success in outside sales or insurance sales
• An entrepreneurial spirit and grit to launch a business; strong business acumen
• Plans to invest full-time efforts in your franchise
• Good credit history
