Job Description:
- Pay is $36 - $43 per hour based on experience.
- 6- month assignment with the potential to extend based on need and performance.
- Fully Remote Role.
- Help create communications and programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- You will collaborate with all parts of the business to create and execute CRM campaigns that have a direct impact on growth and revenue goals.
- This role will support our Occasions workstream which is highly cross-functional and supports holiday & consumer moments.
- Manage the setup and monitoring of CRM campaigns for our Occasions workstream.
- Create email campaigns in Braze Build multiple email campaigns weekly using Taxi for Email template editor and HTML.
- Ensuring up-to-date copy and terms & conditions within Occasions campaigns.
- Test, QA, and schedule emails.
- Identify target audiences via behavioral attributes.
- Manage subscriber entries from Google Forms & in app opt-ins collecting cx feedback, data entry etc.
- Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Product, Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams.
- Stay current on marketing best practices in email, push and SMS and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Deep familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs Braze Required.
- SQL knowledge and/or experience.
- Analytical mindset.
- Attention to detail Strong writer and communicator.
- Knowledge of HTML Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn.
- Comfort with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Sigma).
- Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
