Get It Recruit - Healthcare
San Francisco, CA
We're dedicated to caring for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led approach. We forge local partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and other community-based organizations, transforming them into hubs of care. Our commitment to the community extends through wraparound clinical services, empowering CBO staff to become Community Health Workers, and leveraging our innovative data-driven technology platform, Arc, for seamless care coordination. Through collaborations with Medicaid MCOs, we provide essential healthcare for hard-to-reach, high-need individuals, while reinvesting healthcare resources into community groups to bolster their social support initiatives.
Our Values
Lead with integrity: Upholding commitments and taking responsibility for our actions, prioritizing authenticity over perfection.
Embrace challenges: Encouraging a culture of growth by embracing discomfort, providing constructive feedback with compassion.
Break through walls: Demonstrating resilience in pursuing excellence, going the extra mile for our patients, partners, and team.
Act beyond yourself: Fostering mutual respect, empathy, and understanding, with a focus on collaboration and positive intent.
Care comes first: Maintaining the highest standards for patient care while prioritizing self-care to better serve others.
