This position requires a strategic thinker with proven product marketing experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for physicians, administrators, and healthcare IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather market insights and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with Professional Education, Medical Affairs, and Public Affairs to build influencer programs and thought leadership content.
Commercial Support and Tracking
- Partner with commercial teams to develop lead generation strategies and follow-up plans.
- Coordinate with Commercial Excellence to assess market share performance and adjust tactics as needed.
- Serve as the product subject matter expert—supporting sales demos, troubleshooting, and field enablement.
- Manage conference participation, develop symposia presentations, and build relationships with KOLs to strengthen customer engagement.
Business Development and Market Analysis
- Monitor emerging trends in healthcare technology, data management, and analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Act as the strategic SME across internal teams, providing vision and alignment to drive adoption and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in medical device or healthcare software industries.
- Proven success developing and executing strategic business and marketing plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate across commercial, technical, and medical teams.

- Experience in SaaS or data interoperability within healthcare settings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Strong curiosity, creativity, and empathy for the customer experience.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical solutions and communicate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Information
This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise, technical understanding, and customer empathy. Candidates experienced in non-connected, non-digital medical products may not be a strong fit, as the position focuses on digital health solutions and connected care systems.
If you’re passionate about advancing healthcare interoperability and enabling smarter, more connected care delivery, we encourage you to apply.
