Position Overview

We are seeking a mindful, detail-oriented Team Player to manage our front desk operations and assist in presenting treatment plans to prospective patients.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive environment. This is lup to 32 hours-per-week position, with growth potential and in-office training.

Responsibilities

Handle new patient inquiries and direct them to the New Patient Coordinator.
Present treatment plans, collect payments, and schedule appointments (including home sleep tests and follow-ups).
Organize patient schedules and manage insurance claims, particularly for personal injury cases, coordinating with law offices.
Perform office support tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, data entry, and managing digital scans.
Assist dental and doctor assistants in coordinating with dental labs for delivery of orthotics and prosthetics.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and help maintain office supplies.
Assist with out-of-town patient accommodations.
Manage online scheduling and intake paperwork.
Process payments and arrange financing options.
Submit insurance claims for personal injury cases.
Manage EHR software and generate daily reports.

Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

Experience in a dental and/or chiropractic office, a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent (no specific degree required).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Mac OS.
EHR software proficiency.
Insurance billing and claims submission.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Punctuality, dependability, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus and may increase base pay.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 26 per week
