Our Health Agent Support Rep will connect with clients and other agents to promote a positive experience by providing quality service and accurate information. The Support Rep will be responsible for handling client and/or agent inquiries, capturing data, and reviewing health policy documentation. This position is a full-time, remote opportunity. Varying schedules available during operating hours – 9:00 AM to 9:00PM, 7 days a week.

Our Ideal Applicant will be adept in:
- Collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) from clients and/or their authorized representatives, while strictly adhering to confidentiality standards and all applicable HIPAA and organizational protocols
- Reviewing and analyzing data to identify relevant and essential information
- Addressing and escalating data discrepancies by organizing information in a way that facilitates prompt and accurate resolution
- Creating and maintaining accurate, well-organized spreadsheets
- Entering, updating, and verifying information in appropriate databases and systems
- Ensuring all data is regularly backed up to prevent loss or corruption
- Promptly notifying appropriate stakeholders of any data errors or inconsistencies encountered
- Organizing and storing digital or physical data in a manner that supports efficient retrieval and compliance
- Assisting with additional administrative or data-related tasks as needed
Applicant Requirements:
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 Insurance License (or equivalent resident state license)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, including experience in contact center environments
- Technical proficiency, including strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (skills assessment required prior to interview)
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM (typing assessment required prior to interview)
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, maintain attention to detail, and consistently meet performance goals
- Ability to focus for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through and manage time effectively
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/home office environment.
- Must have a clean background, with no felony or misdemeanor convictions involving theft, fraud, or violence
Remote Office Compatibility Requirements:
- Speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download
- Hard-wired internet connection capable of supporting prompt response times. (Satellite ISPs or wireless connectivity are not supported by our systems)
