The Opportunity: Two Paths, One Mission
We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator & Tech CA to become the heartbeat of our patient experience. This essential role is available in two schedule options to match your life while serving our practice's needs:
Option 1: Evening Specialist (18 hours/week)
Perfect for students, parents with morning commitments, or anyone seeking meaningful part-time work
- Monday & Wednesday: 2:30-6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30-6:30 PM
Option 2: Extended Coverage Coordinator (31.5 hours/week)
Our full practice schedule for those wanting substantial hours with variety
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM-12:00 PM + 2:30-6:30 PM (split shift with midday break)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30-6:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00-11:30 AM
Both positions are in-office at our Middleton location—no remote work available
Your Mission (Regardless of Schedule)
You'll be the guardian of our patient relationships and the architect of seamless practice operations. Every family who walks through our doors will feel your impact—from their first nervous inquiry about natural healthcare to celebrating their child's breakthrough improvements months later.

- Scan Coordination: Ensure every patient receives timely neurological scans that track their healing progress

- CRM Champion: Learn and leverage Go High Level to streamline communications and workflows
- Data Guardian: Track vital practice statistics that measure our impact
- Digital Organization: Maintain impeccable records using Google Workspace
