The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking a
Product Manager for a prominent client of ours, located in
Mountain View, CA 94043. Details of the position are as follows:
Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mostly onsite position, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote!
- Pay range starts at $75+/hr!
- 12-Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for defining and aligning key product metrics across multiple product areas including growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Position will also be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, supporting leadership and product teams in data-driven decision making.
- Position will be in charge of partnering with analytics, data science, and engineering teams to define instrumentation requirements, maintain data accuracy, and enhance dashboard reporting using tools like Tableau and Superset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline is Required!
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence is Required!
- Experience defining and operationalizing key product metrics is Required!
- Strong understanding of data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks is Required!
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are Required!
- Experience configuring dashboards in Tableau or Superset is Preferred!
- Familiarity with Digital Health or mobile platforms (phones, wearables, etc.) is Preferred!
