Position Title: Director of Operations

Compensation: $180,000 annual salary + performance-based incentives

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead the operational backbone of the company. This leader will oversee all non-clinical staff and ensure the systems, processes, and teams that support patient care are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
About the Role
The Director of Operations will manage day-to-day operations while building scalable systems to support long-term growth. You will directly lead and develop all non-clinical staff, ensuring the company operates with precision, efficiency, and timeliness.
This is a senior leadership role requiring proven management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance immediate execution with long-term planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has direct experience in the digital health space to understand the unique challenges of operating in a compliance-driven, patient-focused industry.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Directly manage all non-clinical staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top operational talent.
- Build a culture of accountability, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Define and oversee roles and responsibilities for each employee under your charge
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Develop and implement company-wide operational strategies that scale with growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define priorities and allocate resources.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure operations meet legal, regulatory, and clinical compliance standards.
- Partner with compliance teams to build scalable, audit-ready processes.
- Identify and proactively mitigate operational risks.
Vendor & Partner Oversight
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
- Negotiate and oversee key operational partnerships.
Performance & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency, staff performance, and scalability.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting to executive leadership.
- Continuously improve processes for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
Success Metrics

Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration.
- At least 3 years of proven management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Must have experience in the digital health space (telehealth, digital health startups, or healthcare technology).
- Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, timeliness, and organizational skills.
- Experience in scaling operations in fast-growth or compliance-driven industries.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a history of delivering measurable results.
