Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute enterprise operational and technical strategies that enable growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Lead global functions including engineering, operational excellence, quality, safety, and equipment development.
- Develop and execute an operational roadmap that integrates continuous improvement, emerging technologies, and risk management.
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability across regions and functions.
- Build, mentor, and align high-performing teams to deliver results across multiple sites and geographies.
- Direct the design, deployment, and scaling of next-generation manufacturing systems and smart, connected equipment.
- Oversee quality systems and safety initiatives to exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Accelerate the adoption of Industry 4.0 and advanced technologies to improve productivity, agility, and sustainability.
- Lead enterprise-wide standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction, throughput gains, and customer responsiveness.
- Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, research institutions, and technology providers to enhance innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in engineering, operations, or R&D within a global, multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record driving enterprise-wide transformation and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience implementing Industry 4.0 or digital manufacturing technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and align teams across geographies and functions.
