Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical field (e.g., BSN, PharmD, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of post-degree clinical experience (including training).
- 3 year experience with digital health product development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience at a digital health company, payer, health system operations, or healthcare information technology company.
- 1 year of experience with evaluating AI in a health/healthcare setting, including safety.
- Experience working in complex, ambiguous environments with cross-functional product development teams.
- Experience in clinical research and digital health evaluation.
- Demonstrated track record taking an AI health product from from concept to consumer use.
- Clinical expertise focused in an outpatient setting (e.g., primary care, home health, outpatient pharmacy, etc.).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, insights, and direction on consumer-facing products and features for Google’s health-focused products, working very closely with product teams.
- Understand the complex health and healthcare environment and ecosystem globally, and translate this understanding into user-focused product requirements.
- Identify relevant evidence-based practices, related to the health and healthcare of patients and their families, and use these to influence product development.
- Respond to the needs of the business and projects prioritizing effort effectively. This may require leading on certain projects and contributing to others.
