CEO – GLOBAL DIGITAL FINANCE PLATFORM
Location: USA-based (hybrid) with occasional travel
Compensation: USD base salary (TBD) + token-based incentives + performance bonuses (revenue / capital raise aligned) + potential equity participation, executive benefits package, etc., all subject to proven track record of success, experience and expertise.

Role Overview:
As CEO, you will report to the Board and lead execution across strategic direction, fundraising, investor relations, regulatory expansion, operational scalability, and global product-market fit.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a senior fintech executive with deep experience in digital assets, regulation, and capital formation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy across digital assets, payments, DeFi, and brokerage services
- Expand operations into regulated markets
- Lead organizational performance, innovation, and risk management
- Build cross-functional alignment and a strong culture of compliance, agility, and delivery
- Develop and maintain a scalable, high-performance operating infrastructure.
Investor Relations & Fundraising:
- Lead capital raising efforts across equity and token structures
- Develop investor strategies and materials; conduct financial modeling and due diligence
- Build-up and maintain a robust investor network (LPs, VCs, family offices, crypto funds)
- Translate technical product strategy into compelling investor narratives
- Oversee data rooms, CRM systems, and investor communications
- Serve as the external face of the company for all equity/token stakeholders
- Comfort navigating LPAs/PPMs, institutional DD, and allocator processes; proven family-office/investor / allocator network.
Product & Market Expansion:
- Drive GTM strategy and revenue generation for new product lines (e.g., stablecoins, lending protocols, cross-chain swaps)
- Target institutional clients including HNWIs, family offices, and RIAs
- Lead business development, partnerships, and market expansion
- Align product development with evolving DeFi and fintech trends
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to scale effectively.
Compliance, Licensing & Operations
- Oversee global licensing, legal, and regulatory compliance (FCA, SEC, DFSA, etc.)
- Maintain world-class governance and operational infrastructure
- Ensure systems are audit-ready and secure (risk, legal, tax, cybersecurity)
- Stay ahead of evolving blockchain and financial regulations
- Keep regulators in-line to telegraph global reach; skip the long list elsewhere
Leadership & Culture:
- Build and inspire a mission-aligned, high-performance executive team

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years in executive leadership within fintech, digital banking, or crypto
- Proven track record of raising capital from VCs, LPs, family offices, and institutional investors
- Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, FCA, DFSA)
- Experience scaling financial platforms across jurisdictions
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in DeFi, tokenomics, or blockchain infrastructure
- Familiarity with structures like ETFs, DAOs, staking, and digital custody
- Advanced degrees/certifications (MBA, CFA, CAIA)
- Previous experience as a founder or co-founder in crypto or fintech
