Position Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to join healthPrecision. Reporting to the CRO, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing strategy, elevating brand awareness, and driving adoption of our flagship platform, The Medical Brain.
This role blends strategy with execution - from managing digital campaigns and social media to developing content, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate brings experience in digital health marketing, a strong grasp of patient engagement, and the creativity to cut through noise in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution – Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and content.
- Social Media & Digital Presence – Lead our social media strategy, manage channels, and grow engagement with measurable results.
- Content Creation – Develop compelling collateral, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
- Brand & Messaging – Refine and communicate our value proposition across healthcare audiences.
- Market Research & Positioning – Track healthcare and AI trends to inform strategy and keep messaging relevant.
- Sales Enablement – Partner with the CRO and sales team to support pipeline growth with the right tools and materials.
- Metrics & Optimization – Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and adjust quickly for maximum impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Strong background in digital health, healthcare technology, or AI-driven solutions
- Proven success executing campaigns across digital channels and social media platforms
- Experience marketing to healthcare stakeholders (providers, systems, payers)
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategy and hands-on delivery
- Based in NYC or able to work in-office at least 2 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise B2B healthcare marketing
- Background scaling marketing functions in a growing startup
- Strong network in healthtech or digital health ecosystems
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred; flexible for the right candidate
