As a Wellness Benefits Consultant, you'll guide individuals, families, and small businesses through their health insurance options—empowering them to make smart, confident coverage decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients on a range of health insurance and wellness benefits plans
- Build relationships and trust with new and existing clients
- Customize coverage options based on individual or group needs
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding
- Stay current with healthcare laws, compliance, and plan updates
- Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Health Insurance Agent (or willingness to become licensed — we will help!)
- Previous sales or consulting experience (insurance preferred but not required)
- Self-starter with strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using digital tools, social platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong ethical standards and client-first mindset

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
