About The Role
We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our clinical workflows, ensuring seamless care coordination, optimizing processes, and driving data-backed improvements. You’ll work closely with our Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to enhance provider support and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize clinical workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving care coordination.
- Analyze performance data using SQL and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to develop strategies that enhance patient and provider experiences.
- Act as a key liaison for providers, ensuring their concerns are addressed, feedback is gathered, and workflows are streamlined.
- Support innovation in care delivery, researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi’s clinical roadmap.

Who You Are
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field
- Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—know how, when, and what to communicate with confidence and clarity
- Experience working across teams and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
