Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead PatientClick through its next stage of national growth and innovation in the healthtech and telemedicine sectors. The CEO will drive strategic direction, growth initiatives, operational excellence, and innovation while representing the company to investors, partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare industry knowledge, technology leadership experience, and a strong track record of scaling organizations with SaaS, RCM, or digital health products. This role is pivotal in positioning PatientClick as a market leader in AI-powered practice management and telehealth services.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

Define and implement long-term business strategies aligned with industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and PatientClick’s mission.
Identify growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and product innovation.
Lead expansion across U.S. markets with emphasis on ambulatory, telehealth, and allied health organizations.

Business Operations & Execution

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment of technology, marketing, sales, finance, and client success teams.
Champion organizational efficiency, KPIs, and fiscal discipline while nurturing a performance-driven culture.
Ensure HIPAA, CMS, HHS, and other federal/state compliance across services.

Revenue Growth & Customer Success

Develop and scale recurring revenue streams through bundled offerings (EHR + Billing + RCM).
Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, medical groups, telemedicine platforms, and payer organizations.
Drive value creation through customer acquisition, retention, and outcome-based selling.

Product Innovation

Collaborate with CTO and product teams to enhance AI-driven features for billing, coding, and clinical workflows.
Advocate for user-centric design and ensure interoperability with EHR, PM, and RCM ecosystems.

Investor & Board Relations

Represent PatientClick to investors, funding bodies, and strategic partners.
Prepare financial forecasts, board reports, and presentations that support strategic funding and scaling efforts.
Lead capital raising efforts and manage investor relations.

QualificationsRequired

Proven leadership experience (7+ years) as a CEO, COO, President, or similar executive role within the healthcare, SaaS, or digital health sectors.
Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, EHR/RCM/PM platforms, and value-based care initiatives.
Demonstrated success in scaling B2B SaaS or healthtech companies, including national sales execution.
Strong understanding of CMS, HHS, HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, and healthcare reimbursement frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Preferred

Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH).
Background in working with private equity or venture-backed health technology firms.
Experience leading AI/ML-driven product organizations.
