We’re growing fast and looking for a bilingual scheduling superstar who loves bringing order to chaos, keeping communication crisp, and making the patient experience seamless from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just about calendars and calls—it’s about connection, efficiency, and keeping our team and patients in sync. You’ll:
- Coordinate specialty services—from intake and scheduling to follow-up and reporting
- Be the go-to communicator for our referring providers (you keep it clear and professional)
- Partner with our amazing providers to make scheduling work like clockwork
- Answer phones like a champ—routing calls, taking messages, and keeping things friendly
- Log incoming inquiries and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Audit our schedules and records to ensure everything is tidy and on track
- Update and organize electronic records like a digital ninja
- Step in and support front office teams in Albuquerque or Santa Fe as needed (Jump on a screenshare to save the day)
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous medical office/scheduling experience = a big plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (you know your way around Outlook, Excel, and beyond)
- A multitasker with laser focus and fast learner energy
- A team player with great communication and a “how can I help?” mindset

- Speak both English and Spanish (required)
- Can slice, sort, and pivot like a spreadsheet pro (Excel skills = instant gold star)
- Love solving puzzles (a.k.a. scheduling)
