Hygiene Coordinator – Join Our Friendly & Professional Dental Team!
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the hygiene schedule to ensure it is filled to goal daily
- Confirm appointments and follow up on cancellations or no-shows
- Contact patients using ASAP lists, recare lists, broken appointment lists, and treatment finder
- Coordinate with patients for upcoming cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and new patient visits
- Send digital paperwork and reminders ahead of visits
- Check patients out, schedule future appointments, and ensure all billing is accurate
- Support the hygiene team by maximizing daily production and patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
- Dental front office or hygiene scheduling experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental, or similar) is a plus
- Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using technology, text/email platforms, and recall systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
