Summary
As the VP, Innovations & Strategic Growth, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and transformation within our organization to improve the delivery of behavioral healthcare services in areas specified by the executive team for strategic growth. The VP, Innovations & Strategic Growth will drive the mission and vision of Southeastern Integrated Care and its affiliates and work alongside the Executive Team toward the achievement of Southeastern Integrated Care Strategic Plan, Vision, and Mission.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform competently and consistently, at an executive leadership level to make a positive impact to the service and growth “culture” of the Company
- Plan, develop, implement, monitor, and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance in areas specified by the Executive Team.
- Function as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
- Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, plans, new strategies, and regulatory actions.
- Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization, community, and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
- Improve the planning and budgeting process continually by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.
- Utilize data analytics and advanced analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive innovation in behavioral healthcare delivery. Develop data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, specifically evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships
- Optimize the handling of business relationships and collaborate closely with the Executive Director to foster and grow strategic partnerships
- Work with the senior management team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting minimum program-specific capacity threshold to meet operating needs
- Mentor and interact with staff members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all staff members.

Qualifications

Education/Experience
- A master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required. A doctoral degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare innovation, preferably within a behavioral healthcare system. Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of behavioral healthcare delivery models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Familiarity with healthcare technology, telehealth, data analytics, and digital health solutions is essential
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive change within an organization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in developing and executing innovative strategies to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and drive transformational change.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and utilization of insights to drive innovation. Ability to leverage technology and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and industry experts to drive innovation and achieve organizational goals.
