Digital Healthcare & Innovation Project Manager

Brief Description
The Digital Healthcare & Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects focused on the creation of digital solutions for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients. This role also involves overseeing strategies for engaging Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the healthcare landscape.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate multiple cross-digital healthcare projects, ensuring full execution and adherence to defined timelines.
- Lead and innovate in the development of HCP and patient digital solutions, and strategies for Digital Opinion Leader engagement.
- Responsible for developing and tracking project plans and timelines, aligning with the Digital Health vision.
- Manage project expectations throughout delivery, ensuring clear identification of risks and implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Collaborate closely with IDASP key leaders and staff supporting clinical, patient, and Real-World Evidence (RWE) programs, third-party vendors, and other organizational teams.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workflow development, and process mapping for both current and future states to support successful Digital Health implementation.
- Manage project activities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and project progress.
- Develop business cases and proposals for innovative solutions as needed.
- Provide regular project status reporting to all levels of leadership.
- Help define metrics that enable the team to measure and track outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic project goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding and implementation strategy for HCP digital engagement.
- Experience in HCP digital solution building, including measurement and maintenance.
- Strong understanding and implementation of patient digital solutions.
- Proficiency in user experience management and impact measurement.
- Knowledge of Digital Opinion Leader monitoring and engagement strategy.
- Familiarity with Digital Healthcare Tools (DHT) implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Ability to understand healthcare challenges and adapt AI solutions accordingly.
- High adaptability across functions to meet cross-organizational goals.
- Innovation mindset and proactivity in digital innovation.
Required/Preferred Education & Experience
- Education: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Science or PharmD.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech R&D and/or post-market activities experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HCP and patient digital solutions building.
- Experience in healthcare/AI implementation in the healthcare field is a plus.
