Position Highlights:
- $22/hour base pay
- Banded commission structure — top agents average $2,000–$2,500 per week

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
- Active 2-15 or 2-14 Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- Medicare or health insurance sales experience (Preferred)
- Comfortable using CRMs and digital sales tools
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
