Description
As the Vice President of GTM Strategy at Medbridge, you will lead the identification and pursuit of strategic growth opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer on the Product & GTM team, this executive role is focused on evaluating adjacent markets, analyzing new business opportunities, and surfacing actionable insights that drive long-term value creation for the company.

You will serve as a key advisor to the chief product officer, as well as the executive leadership team, translating intelligence gathered from the market into clear recommendations, business cases, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytically strong, and comfortable influencing at the highest levels of the organization.

In This Role, You Will
- Identify and evaluate new growth pathways for Medbridge, including expansion into adjacent markets and business verticals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis through primary and secondary research, site visits, stakeholder interviews, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop strategic relationships with healthcare executives, policy leaders, and industry stakeholders to stay informed on emerging trends and unmet needs.
- Lead the development of formal business cases, including financial modeling, risk/benefit analysis, and strategic fit assessments.
- Present market intelligence and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team with clarity and actionable insight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, content, marketing, sales, and customer success—to align organizational execution with strategic direction.
- Support the CPO, CEO, and C-suite on high-priority initiatives and long-range planning efforts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or market expansion, preferably in digital health, health tech, or provider services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
- Expertise in market research, business modeling, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- Willingness to travel as needed to explore markets, attend conferences, and develop partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Preference for clinical license such as MD, RN, DPT, ODT
- Preference for team management

Salary : Base: $220,000 plus Bonus
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
