Position Summary Details
As a mid-level designer, you’ll create visually compelling digital assets that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across key healthcare audiences—providers, payers, and enterprise partners. You’ll execute content based on direction from our internal brand and campaign teams as well as external creative agencies.
This is a hands-on production role ideal for a designer who understands how to bring complex healthcare and tech concepts to life in clean, modern, and accessible designs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create multi-channel digital content to support marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and thought leadership—including:
- Execute on creative briefs from internal marketing stakeholders and agency partners, translating strategic direction into polished deliverables.
- Uphold and extend visual brand standards across all content.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with healthcare industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, digital teams, and product marketers to align visual content with messaging goals.
- Stays relevant with current and future design trends and technology inside and outside of healthcare IT
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
Education
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in healthcare, health IT, or another SaaS B2B industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), plus Canva or Figma.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality digital content across email, social, web, and multimedia.
- Experience creating professional and compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, accessible designs that translate complex topics for professional audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and compliance standards
- Ability to work with pre-existing creative direction and adapt templates while still delivering fresh, engaging assets.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Other
- Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stripo, or HubSpot for email asset design.
- Understanding of responsive design and basic HTML/CSS for email or landing page collaboration.
- Experience supporting healthcare conferences and campaign launches (e.g., HIMSS, HLTH, HFMA, AHIP).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) in digital design.
- Exposure to motion design tools (After Effects or Premiere) is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.
Working Environment And Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
- No travel is required.
