What You’ll Do
- Help and advise clients navigate Medicare, ACA, and supplemental insurance plans based on their individual needs and circumstances.
- Use consultative sales techniques to educate clients, build trust, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and reliability.
- Consistently exceed sales targets while staying fully compliant with industry regulations—close 6 to 10 deals daily!
- No cold calling—only pre-qualified, high-quality leads so you can focus on closing!
- Stay ahead with state-of-the-art CRM tools that keep you efficient and organized.
- Level up your skills with continuous training, teamwork, and company initiatives.
Who You Are
- Licensed & Ready – You hold an active Health Insurance License (2-40 or 2-15).
- You have 1-2 years of proven tele sales experience specializing in ACA and Medicare products.
- Driven & Hungry for Success – You’re ambitious, goal-oriented, and never settle for less than success.
- A Natural Closer – You connect, build trust, handle objections, and confidently seal the deal.
- Adaptive & Quick-Thinking – You navigate challenges, adjust to different clients personalities, and thrive under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable with CRMs, digital applications and digital tools to optimize efficiency and stay ahead.
- Bilingual? Huge Plus! – Spanish/English or Creole/English speakers are highly encouraged to apply!

Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Pay: Starting $18.50/Base + Commissions Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Licensing & Certifications:✔ Active Health Insurance License (2-40 or 2-15)✔ FFM Certified 2025 (for ACA sales)✔ AHIP Certification (for Medicare sales)
