Senior Director of Commercial Partnerships and Alliances

We are seeking a
Senior Director of Commercial Partnerships and Alliances will play a pivotal role in Oshi Health's growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships with key channel partners, such as health plans, consulting firms, and other ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy through partnerships, driving revenue, and managing relationships with our key partners. This role will require a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of building high-impact partnerships in the healthcare industry.
What You'll do:
- Health Plan Partnerships:
- Build relationships with health plan sales and account teams.
- Help scope and deliver sales enablement and training for account executives.
- Partner with our VP of Health Plan Strategy and Growth to cultivate executive and clinical relationships to expand revenue streams (e.g., Medicare Advantage, pharmacy integration).
- Collaborate with the VP of Health Plan Strategy and Growth on post-sale executive relationship management.
- Benefits Consultants:
- Develop mindshare and trust by positioning Oshi as a GI care thought leader.
- Provide consultants with data models and training to strengthen their understanding of Oshi's differentiated approach.
- Help coordinate and drive in market trainings and events for the top consulting firms in key markets.
- Pursue preferred vendor partnerships where possible.
- Reseller Partnerships:
- Manage and optimize existing partnerships (Quantum Health, Teladoc, etc.).
- Identify and guide the pursuit of new strategic partnerships (e.g., Included Health, Amwell, COE platforms).
- Other Commercial Partnerships:
- Establish and maintain relationships with EAPs (Lyra, Spring) and similar organizations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to explore additional partnership opportunities.
Results you will drive:
- Increase awareness and engagement within consulting firms, benefits navigation companies, and health plans.
- Collaborate with our Employer and Public/Labor Partnership teams to drive significant revenue growth through effective management and expansion of existing partnerships.
- Build and enhance relationships with executive decision-makers in partner organizations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing high-value partnerships.
- Deep understanding of healthcare sales dynamics, particularly in the digital health and telehealth sectors.
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Existing deep network with consultants and other stakeholders nationally
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the executive level.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.

$165,000—$195,000 USD
