Care Coordinator - Swing Shift/Day Shift (Part-Time/Full Time)
Training Location: Fall City, WA (We will be transitioning to Duvall, WA by April 30)
Day Shift: 7:30-4:00pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Swing Shift: 4-11:00pm Friday, and Saturday
Position Overview
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll support young adults on a digital detox sabbatical. In this part-time role, you'll monitor clients’ daily activities, maintain a safe and clean environment, provide animal care (cats), and engage clients in active, non-digital experiences. You'll work collaboratively with offsite therapy teams to support client growth, ensure adherence to program guidelines, and maintain order and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage clients in non-digital, outdoor activities
- Ensure animals are well-cared-for and assist with basic facility duties
- Provide safe client transport as needed
- Monitor and encourage positive client behavior and daily hygiene
- Document shift activities and maintain clear communication with the therapeutic team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in mental health, education, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Additional hours may be available if interested. Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of a background check.

Pay: $24.99 - $27.00 per hour
