As an ASC Leader, you will be at the forefront of MarianaAI's growth and expansion in the Ambulatory Surgery Center market. Your leadership and expertise will help accelerate the adoption of our solutions, improving both operational efficiencies and clinical outcomes for ASCs nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Guidance: Offer valuable insights and recommendations on how ASCs can leverage AI to achieve both clinical and financial goals, aligning MarianaAI’s solutions with their specific needs
- Driving AI Adoption in ASCs: Lead the charge in helping ASCs understand the benefits of MarianaAI's technology, guiding them through the adoption process and ensuring successful implementation and integration
- Pilot Program Support: Leverage your influence to help secure pilot programs or proof-of-concept opportunities with leading healthcare institutions
- Operational Efficiency: Help ASCs streamline their processes by automating time-consuming tasks, reducing administrative burden, and improving patient throughput with our AI-driven tools
- Product Development: Work closely with ASC leadership and to demonstrate how MarianaAI’s Products can enhance patient care, reduce errors, and improve clinical decision-making. Inform MarianaAI's product development journey and go-to-market strategies
- Thought Leadership: Advocate for the benefits of AI in healthcare, presenting MarianaAI’s value proposition at industry events, webinars, and other forums targeted at the ASC community
Qualifications
- Current or former CEO, CMO, or CMIO in an ASC
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare with atleast 10 years of experience in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) industry, with a proven track record of effective leadership and significant outcomes for the business
- Deep understanding of the care gaps and inefficiencies in the ASC space and passion for improving healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencies through the use of technology
- Patient centric approach with a strong sense of the cost structures in ASCs with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Previous experience with healthcare technology, digital transformation, or AI solutions is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leadership and clinical teams.
Commitment & Compensation:
This is a part-time advisory role with flexible time commitments. Advisors are expected to participate in quarterly strategy meetings, be available for ad-hoc consultations, and actively engage in networking and promotional activities on behalf of MarianaAI.
