Position Overview
The President & CEO of North America will be responsible for leading, growing, and transforming Stoli Group’s business in the United States and Canada, driving commercial success, brand equity, and market leadership in the ultra-premium spirits industry.
As the most senior executive for the North American region, this role demands a visionary, strategic, and results-driven leader who can effectively balance brand building, sales growth, operational excellence, and organizational leadership. The President & CEO will drive the long-term success of Stoli’s iconic brands, expanding market share, strengthening distributor and trade relationships, and ensuring North America remains a key revenue growth driver for the global business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Define and execute the North American strategy in alignment with Stoli Group’s global vision.
- Expand market share by driving sales growth across on-premise, off-premise, e-commerce, and duty-free channels.
- Lead the long-term strategic roadmap, ensuring profitable growth and sustainability.
- Identify and pursue M&A, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
2. Commercial & Brand Leadership
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales, pricing, distribution, and trade execution.
- Ensure Stoli Group’s portfolio maintains premium positioning and aligns with consumer demand Collaborate closely with marketing, trade, and digital teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Oversee North American P&L, optimizing revenue streams and cost efficiencies.
3. Distributor & Key Account Management
- Strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners to enhance Stoli’s market presence.
- Lead distributor negotiations, ensuring optimal trade terms and execution standards.
- Expand and deepen relationships with top-tier accounts, ensuring strong route-to-market strategies.
4. Operational Excellence & Organizational Leadership
- Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging market insights and analytics for better forecasting and performance tracking.
- Ensure operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, finance, and compliance.
- Develop a high-performing, results-driven leadership team, fostering a strong company culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development to strengthen organizational capabilities.
5. Financial Performance & Governance
- Deliver strong revenue and EBITDA growth, ensuring North America is a key contributor to Stoli’s global performance.
- Optimise budgets and drive cost efficiencies across commercial and operational functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance standards in the U.S. and Canada.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in the spirits, beverage alcohol, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven success in leading commercial teams, driving sales growth, and scaling premium brands.
- Deep understanding of the three-tier distribution system in North America and key spirits industry dynamics.
- Experience in P&L management, revenue optimization, and financial oversight.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with distributors, trade partners, and key accounts.
- Expertise in luxury/premium brand building, marketing activation, and consumer engagement.
- Transformational leadership skills, capable of driving cultural change, high performance, and innovation.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce, digital marketing, and direct-to-consumer sales.
- Familiarity with Duty-Free / Global Travel Retail markets.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for spirits in the U.S. and Canada.
- Passion for premium spirits and luxury brand marketing.
