Outgoing and friendly Insurance & Billing Coordinator wanted to join our low stress, highly positive dental team. If you are looking for a place where you can make a positive difference for your patients and are a valued team member, then this is the position for you. We are well established, two doctor private practice, in a beautiful office with state of the art equipment including digital radiographs, digital scanner, intra-oral camera, Eaglesoft software (with migration to Archy) and electronic (no charts) records. We are looking for an experienced, mature, and compassionate team player who can jump in and start submitting claims, send statements, input payments, collect from insurance, and control outstanding accounts receivable.

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

-Detail Oriented
-Experience working with insurance
You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, be knowledgeable in insurance posting and verification with a PPO practice, in treatment planning and financial discussions and in scheduling

Salary based on experience ($20-$25). This position is for Mondays-Wednesdays with potential to add more days. We offer excellent benefits including PTO, 401K, vacation pay, and dental coverage for yourself and immediate family. We look forward to meeting with you!
