Brief Description
Key Responsibilities: - AI Strategy & Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives, working in collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- Stay ahead of the latest AI trends and advancements in healthcare to continuously improve existing processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Chief Medical Officer to align AI strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Internal Education & Training:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for internal employees to foster understanding and effective use of AI technologies.
- Educate internal teams on how AI can enhance clinical outcomes, workflow efficiency, and patient care.
- Foster a culture of innovation and technology adoption across the organization.
- External Education & Provider Engagement:
- Work with Marketing to develop educational content and training programs for referring healthcare providers and their staff, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to serve as the primary point of contact for referring providers, delivering presentations, demos, and ongoing support to help them integrate AI into their practices.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal employees and external providers to ensure a positive experience and high engagement with AI solutions.
- Patient Care & Outcomes Focus:
- Promote the use of AI tools and technologies that improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess the impact of AI implementations on patient care and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the C-suite, including the CEO and Chief Medical Officer, to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and technology groups, to drive successful AI implementation and adoption.
- Serve as a key advisor on AI-related initiatives and provide expert guidance to leadership and staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales leadership, or education, with a focus on advanced technology or AI-driven solutions.
- Proven experience in working with medical professionals, sales teams, and healthcare providers to drive technology adoption.
- Strong background in radiology or healthcare technology is a plus.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Expertise in artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and digital health trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field.
Additional certifications in healthcare technology or AI are a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
