Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and productive environment within the team
- Uphold professional standards in marketing, advertising, and customer service
- Engage with customers to promote products and services in a personable manner
- Attend regular training sessions and campaign meetings to enhance skills
- Drive new customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Meet with clients daily to discuss promotions, provide service quotations, and open new accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans
Qualifications
- Strong desire to serve the community and build meaningful connections
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service, client relationships, or community engagement is preferred
