Avant, a division of SPG Insurance Solutions is a rapidly growing, innovation focused P&C and E&S lines managing general agency based Brentwood, TN. Avant was born through innovation. In 1976, our subsidiary, TIS Nashville (now Avant Underwriters), created the game-changing product known as Non-Trucking Liability.

Qualifications

Required 10 years of previous operational experience
4 year degree required
MBA preferred
Quarterly travel required
Previous industry experience in Transportation/Cannabis/Supermarket insurance markets

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 to $225,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
