In business nearly 7 years, we thankfully experienced growth during COVID, and are now in need of expertise in maintaining the proven momentum we have created, to continue the expansion and provide stability.

Because we are growing, we are looking for a full-time practice/office manager to join our team. You will be reporting directly to the practice owner/founder and assisting with the day-to-day running of the operational side of the clinic. Our clinic specializes in chronic pain, return-to sport and post surgical rehabilitation.

Responsibilities and Activities:

Hire, Onboard, Train a 2nd front desk inside sales rep that will have a new patient arrived and paid rate at 50% within 3 months.

Ensure clinic recoups initial investment in new personnel, and manages all revenue drivers to exceed management sales goals in a defined timeframe. You will be provided with access to world class coaches, resources, documentation, and similar business owners to help you succeed.

All HR and management of staff / issues, technical marketing & sales, physical office maintenance, and cadence to support a world class team

Ensure company weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs are met and reported to CEO with written summary

Develop and regularly update online company process and procedures library

Foster deep relationships with patients, clients, staff, and vendors

Skills Required:

1-3 years experience handling all HR issues. This includes hiring / firing, training, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, writeups, etc. Skilled at listening to sales calls and providing feedback for improvement, tactfully coaching staff if difficult conversions arise both verbally and in written form.

1-3 years experience of managing, maintaining, and translating company KPIs into weekly coaching sessions, so each staff member is coached weekly on what good looks like, and areas for improvement.
Not afraid of learning new technology and has knowledge of basic fundamentals
1-3 years experience making data driven decisions, concisely explaining findings verbally and in writing, and making recommendations to entrepreneurial owners at a regular defined cadence.

1-3 years experience creating, documenting, and adhering to repeatable and scalable company processes.

1-3 years experience handling day to day operations (startup, shutdown, and maintenance) of the facility itself

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
