Reason Brand — a fast-growing street fashion company — is looking for a creative, trend-driven Content & Social Media Manager to bring our digital presence to life. If you’re passionate about streetwear, pop culture, and crafting content that connects with fashion-forward audiences, this is your opportunity to shape the voice of a brand that moves with the culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Create bold, visually engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

• Manage daily posting, stories, and community interactions to keep audiences active and engaged

• Spot emerging trends in street fashion, music, and culture to keep content fresh and relevant

• Partner with marketing and design teams on seasonal campaigns and product launches

• Build and nurture a strong online community through authentic engagement

• Track content performance and use analytics to refine and grow our reach

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (fashion or lifestyle preferred)

• Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills

• Deep understanding of streetwear, youth culture, and digital trends

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video/photo editing, and social analytics tools

• Excellent writing and communication skills with a sharp, on-brand tone
