We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships with healthcare organizations, including health systems, payers, and digital health companies. This is a strategic role focused on onboarding, engagement, performance, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, tailoring our platform to client workflows and objectives
Monitor and drive platform adoption using data analytics and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to deliver value and solve client challenges
Support account growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
Deliver performance reports and insights to demonstrate clinical and financial ROI

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles—preferably in healthcare or health tech
Strong understanding of digital health platforms and patient engagement strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executive and technical stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and interpreting healthcare data Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA compliance
Preferred Experience
Background in SaaS or subscription-based healthcare models
Familiarity with clinical operations, digital health programs, or health informatics
Master’s degree (MBA, MHA) or relevant professional certifications
