The Maryland Plastic Surgery Center and PURE MedSpa is home to the region's first MedSpa and features an on-site award winning ambulatory Plastic Surgery Center. We are internationally recognized and have been featured as one of the top 300 practices in the United States for aesthetic surgery.Our warm, friendly, and highly experienced staff is looking for a unique individual that can operate as the Social Media Content Creator and Patient Concierge.

When acting as a Patient Concierge you must demonstrate the following traits:

Industry Knowledge – a clear understanding of the industry including technology, fees and finances, scheduling, reports, retail sales, marketing, and customer service.
Loyalty – must act in the best interest of the company and the company goals.
Fairness – objectively handle uncomfortable situations, be that conflicts with employees or patients and be able to problem-solve.
Business Acumen – Solid understanding of profit and loss statements, existing systems and programs, financial policy, patient financing, sales, marketing, and great communication skills.
Confidentiality – Scrupulously maintains the confidentiality required for financial, patient, and employee information; knowledge and adherence to HIPAA requirements
Initiative - Initiating and/or assisting with any task, office duty, or project necessary to maintain a highly functioning, fast paced cosmetic medical office.
Follow-through - Keep on top of tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
Social Media - Demonstrate that you are up to date with the latest social media trends on all platforms.

While fulfilling your role as our Social Media Content Creator you will be responsible for:

Create and edit high-quality short-form content for social platforms;
Act as a springboard for creation and provide guidance early on regarding how it will be expressed on different platforms;
Shoot content using an iPhone and potentially other professional camera equipment;
Execute tasks promptly to meet deadlines and project requirements;
Edit and refine content to meet quality standards, visually appealing, and optimized for social media platforms;
Identify daily, quick-turnaround reactive opportunities — throw ideas and see what sticks;
Be an integral part of brainstorming for larger campaigns and participate in collaborative moments (brainstorming, workshops) for stakeholders to ensure campaigns have social first content;
Assist influencers and brands to create social focused content highlighting CdS on their channels;
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on Instagram and TikTok to enhance content creation and optimization.

The ideal candidate will be ultra social media savvy, have experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content, and possess a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:

3+years experience creating high-performing social content
Experience developing content from ground up - ideation to the final cut
Demonstrated experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content for social media platforms
Highly skilled in ideation and pitching ideas
Deep understanding of social media and the nuances between platforms
Proficient in shooting content using an iPhone, familiarity with professional camera equipment is a plus
Strong video editing skills and proficiency in editing software/tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car
Previous experience in TikTok or other vertical content production preferred
Impeccable English verbal and writing skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
