**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical terminology and administrative support, with experience in medical or dental office settings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Digital Fax Inbox Management

- Prior Authorization of medications, diagnostic imaging, and other tests

- Sending Test Reports to Providers

- Working through varios payor portals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
