We are a multi-specialty, modern, digital office equipped with the latest dental technology including a CBCT machine, Primescan, and digital radiographs and charts. The right person will be a great asset to our care-oriented family practice.

What We Are Looking For:

We currently have the opportunity to add a friendly, caring, and driven individual to our dental team in Oxnard. We are looking for a front office professional to help the practice grow and thrive.

Duties:

Explain treatment plans, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
Answer phones
Greet patients and facilitate proper filling out of patient consents and paperwork
Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options.
Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
Check patients in & out.
Send in e-Rx, medical clearances, and specialist referrals as needed.
Communicate with our visiting endodontist and periodontist regarding their upcoming schedules.
Perform general office duties and other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Previous dental office experience desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to get tasks completed
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Customer service skills
