Full Job Description:

Our patient pathway to health starts with you. At the Consultation, a triangle of the patient and Doctor and you with the full mouth intraoral photos and digital impression for educating the patient will be available for the treatment plan.

The candidate must ensure the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, coordination of insurance benefits, assistance with financial arrangements, and coordination of appointments. Treatment Coordinators should manage patients' entire cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance and scheduling.

Qualifications

Treatment Coordinator: 1 years (Required).
Basic knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office. Open dental experience a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
Ability to be organized and have excellent time management.
Experience presenting cosmetic and implant cases .

Duties include:

Monday to Friday 8-hour shift. Must have Excellent communication skills, poise, and professional appearance.
The morning huddles will be vital by providing up-to-date information and care for the case acceptance.
Self-confidence to ask a patient to enroll in a treatment plan and ask for the patient to commit to a payment arrangement and achieve the yes.

Experience:

The Treatment Coordinator will present treatment plans to patients, answer phones, schedule patients, and collect payments. Must have a friendly personality, confidence, and fast learning.
